Tralee Golf Club

Despite being less than than forty years old, Tralee Golf Club is a must-play and neatly fits into the group of South West Ireland's best links courses. Arnold Palmer is credited with saying, "I designed the first nine but surely God designed the back nine," after finishing the course. After visiting Tralee, it's difficult to argue with that assessment.

Lahinch Golf Club

Lahinch is located in the village of Lahinch on the south-west coast of Ireland. It is consistently ranked in the top 5 best courses in Ireland and has hosted many amateur and professional events including the European Tour’s Irish Open, which Jon Rahm won and enthused “I have played some of the best courses in the world and Lahinch is one of them”.

Old Head Golf Club

One of the most well-known and highly regarded golf courses in the world is the magnificent Old Head Golf Links. Situated on a diamond-shaped peninsula with sheer cliffs on all sides and is overlooked by a unique black and white striped lighthouse.

John and Patrick O'Connor, who bought the land in 1989, put together a world-class design team that produced the 1997 opening of Old Head Golf Club.  It is a par-72 with five par 5s, five par 3s and eight par 4s, stretching from the ladies’ tees at over 5400 yards to more than 7100 yards from the tips. The course is set up on a daily basis depending on the weather conditions, with nine holes along the cliff tops and the ever-changing sea breezes creating a tough but fair test for all.
